Catastrophic injury cases require more than strong evidence and expert testimony. They demand a lawyer who can uncover the full human impact of the injury and present that truth with clarity, courage, and authenticity. In this immersive, in-person program, participants will use Trial Lawyers College methods—including psychodrama, role reversal, reenactment, and storytelling—to explore their clients’ lives before and after the injury and identify the deepest losses at the heart of the case.
Participants will strengthen their ability to develop the case, connect with clients, prepare witnesses, and bring the human story into opening statement. Lawyers will leave better prepared to move beyond medical facts and economic damages, reveal what was truly taken from their clients, and advocate for full and meaningful justice.
