Mastering the Art of Directing Your Case for TLC Graduates

You will be asked to provide employment status and employer name for previous 12 months; city and state (or region) in which you practice; average monthly income (from all sources) over the past 12 months; a short statement of why assistance is needed; and how much assistance is needed. 

Decisions on financial assistance will be start being made approximately 60 days out from the course start date. Please select the Bill Me option to pay later when completing the registration process.
