Event Description
Special TLC 1-hour Webinar (lecture-format) by Mike Marrinan. This webinar will focus on the basics of bringing an action for violation of constitutional rights by law enforcement and related government officials, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ' 1983 and other statutory provisions. It will address remedies for injuries inflicted by state and local police officers, federal agents (including ICE and Border Patrol), and jail and prison officials.
